He has toured the United states and Canada extensively and his native Ireland. Ken Larson began playing bodhran in the early 80's in Minnesota, where he played for ten years as the lead singer in Gallowglass Irish Trio. He's performed, toured and recorded with Peter Yeates as a Duo for nearly a decade, and has also played with many of the other top Celtic groups in the area. It is my experience that music, as I imagine it as a visual art form, cannot more fully fill a room with art. There is no other form of art more intimate between a performer and their audience.
